Kathryn has been in professional practice for over 20 years. She found that her true talents for helping people were with holistic and integrative healing modalities, especially massage and body-work.
Kathryn was trained to help people with injuries using specific techniques that supported Chiropractic therapy. She then enrolled in an advanced program and earned a degree in “Integrative Body/Mind Therapies” at the Center for Human Integration. Every chance she could, Kathryn studied healing modalities including Hot Stones, Thai Massage, Marma Point and much more. Her studies included college courses focused on environmental and sustainability issues which she believes are integral to our health in body/mind/spirit. She has taught workshops, degree programs and much more.
One of her greatest joys in life is the satisfaction gained through helping others and witnessing the renewal of hope and enthusiasm in the individuals she works with. She is known for being a body mechanic and pain hacker.
